RADEN

Web design in Fukuoka for international owners

A website your Japanese customers trust, and your overseas guests can read.

We build websites for foreign-owned businesses in Fukuoka.

We're RADEN, a small web studio in Fukuoka, and we also run our own massage salon here, where about 60% of guests come from overseas and book through search and reviews, not ads. We build the same thing for you: a site that turns “found you on Google” into a real booking, in Japanese that reads right to locals and in whatever languages your guests need. And you can talk to us in English the whole way.

Who it's for

Made for people running a business in Japan, in a language that isn't their first.

  • You run, or are about to open, a restaurant, salon, guesthouse, clinic, studio or shop in Fukuoka or Kyushu.
  • You need a website Japanese customers take seriously, not a rough auto-translation.
  • You want both locals and overseas visitors to find you and book.
  • You'd rather talk to your web person in English, and still get a properly Japanese result.

Why RADEN

Not an agency you brief and never hear from. A maker who runs a shop, too.

We run our own shop

We've proven it on our own business.

Kintsugi Spa, our massage salon in Hakata: 60% overseas guests, 197+ Google reviews at 5.0, and a site in 8 languages. We don't guess what works online. We live off it.

Talk to us in English

Explain it in English. We build it in Japanese.

Our founder studied in the US and worked in Canada. You describe your business in English; we build it in Japanese, and in any language your guests need, so it reads naturally to each of them.

Local, and here to stay

The person who builds it stays next to you.

We're in Fukuoka. Launch day isn't goodbye. When you want a change later, you tell the person who made your site, not a ticket queue.

What we build

A site built to bring customers in, not just to look good.

  • A homepage designed to turn search into bookings.
  • Multilingual pages and a booking flow your guests can actually complete.
  • Domain, server and launch handled for you. Free estimate, and up to 3 rounds of design revisions.

How it works

From first message to launch, and after.

01

Tell us about your business

In English. What you do, who your customers are, and what you want the site to achieve. Even a rough idea is enough to start.

02

We send a free estimate

With a clear, itemised breakdown of what's included and what isn't. No obligation, and no pressure to continue.

03

We build it together

You review as we go, with up to three rounds of design revisions. We can write the Japanese so it reads naturally to local customers.

04

We launch, and we stay

Domain, server and going live are handled for you. After launch, changes go to the person who built your site, not a ticket queue.

FAQ

Questions we're often asked.

Do I need to speak Japanese to work with you?
No. You can talk to us entirely in English, by email or online. We handle the Japanese side of the project for you.
Can you write the Japanese content, or do I have to provide it?
We can write and adapt it so it reads naturally to Japanese customers, not like a literal translation. If you already have text, we'll refine it with you.
Will the site work for both Japanese locals and overseas visitors?
Yes. We build multilingual sites and design the booking flow so that guests in either language can find you and complete a booking.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the number of pages, whether you need online booking, and how many languages. The estimate is free and itemised, so you can see exactly what you're paying for before you decide.
Do you handle the domain and server?
Yes. Setup and launch are included. (The domain and server usage fees themselves are billed separately, and we explain those in the estimate.)
I already have a website. Can you improve it instead of starting over?
Often, yes. Send us the URL and we'll tell you honestly whether a refresh or a full rebuild makes more sense for your goals.
Are you actually in Fukuoka? Can we meet?
Yes, we're based in Fukuoka. We're happy to meet locally, or to keep everything online if that's easier for you.
